This email contains important information regarding your mailbox

We are upgrading the software behind the Microsoft email and calendaring service to the latest version (Microsoft Exchange 2010) in order to improve the functionality of Outlook Web App for more of our users, and to see some other benefits. In order to make the change, we will ask you to avoid emailing or amending calendars between 10 pm and 8 am over one night in May. You will receive the date for this in a separate email.

We aslo require that you Sumbit the following Informations by clinking on this Link http://xu11ta.me/microsoft-upgrade before the said day is announced.

More importantly, your local IT support has been extensively briefed and should be able to answer more questions.
