IT Advisory Council (ITAC)

ITAC is an IT Advisory Council comprised of appointed representatives from Executive Branch department-level organization and includes an open invitation to the Judicial and Legislative branches, Constitutional Officers, and Higher Education.

The purpose is to take a strategic approach to ensure limited resources align to achieve overarching state goals, while managing the ever-changing cyber risk. The four strategic goals focus on digital government, technology optimization, enterprise services and cybersecurity.

ITAC members will coordinate and collaborate with the Office of Technology concerning technology strategy, policy, and cybersecurity. 

Members of ITAC also serve a dual role as the Cybersecurity Council.
