The WVOT supports several statewide contracts to help agencies efficiently acquire IT-related goods and services. Below is a selection of these contracts, which cover commonly used hardware, software, and services.

IP23 - This contract includes desktop and laptop computers with various accessories, such as printers, monitors, and docking stations.

This contract includes multi-protocol label switching with Verizon Business and Lumos Networks LLC.
DATATRNSEE Contract - Verizon Business will provide telecommunication transport services.
DATATRNSP23 Contract - Lumos Networks LLC will provide statewide Wide Area Network (WAN) services that will be utilized by the WVOT and other Statewide agencies.

GSUITE20 - This contract provides G-Suite products and services.
LAR24 - This contract provides Microsoft software licensing at a discount.
RECTMGNT22E - This contract includes physical housing and storage of documents, retrieval of documents, pick-up and delivery of documents, indexing of new documents, and destruction of documents.

VOIP19 - This contract is for the procurement of the state's voice-over-Internet-protocol (VOIP) service.

CENTREX23 - This contract includes centrex and other related services when VOIP is unavailable

LDPHONE22 - This contract includes traditional long distance (intrastate, interstate and international) and the necessary dedicated T-1s to handle traffic, calling cards, inbound toll free calling, and directory assistance when VOIP is unavailable.
