The Technology Learning Center (TLC) is dedicated to supporting state agencies through training, course development, and learning management. Our team oversees the State Learning Management System (CourseMill), develops courses for both online and classroom learning, and provides hands-on training and support for software tools used by state employees.

Supporting agencies in delivering and managing learning through the State Learning Management System (LMS) — including both internal and public-facing systems.
Training instructors and reporters on how to use the system.
Running course utilization and participation reports.
Managing registration for statewide training events and conferences.
Hosting online exams and assessments.
Assisting agencies with developing course content for the LMS.
Providing instructional design and course development services.
Serving as a resource for employees with questions about state-supported software products.
Offering access to a 13-station computer lab available for reservation or rental.
