Technology Learning Center

Welcome to the Technology Learning Center.  The TLC staff provides services to all agencies in three categories:  utilization of the State Learning Management System (CourseMill), development of courses for the Learning Management System and classroom, and providing training and support of software products utilized by State employees.  These services include:

• Support agencies in delivering and managing learning through the LMS, both state and public facing systems which includes activities such as:

  • Training for Instructors and Reporters to use the system.

  • Run course utilization reports. 

  • Utilize registration capabilities for statewide training events and conferences. 

  • Host exams. 

• Support agencies in developing course content for the LMS.

• Provide Instructional Design/Development course services.

• Serve as a resource for employees with questions about software products.

• Provide a 13-station computer lab for rent.
